阳离子染料可染聚酯(CDP )纤维
阳离子染料可染聚酯(CDP )纤维:在 PET 分子链中引进能结合阳离子染料的酸性基团,就可制得能用阳离子染料染色的改性涤纶(CDP)。CDP 最早由美国杜邦公司研制,20 世纪末其产量已占 PET 纤维总产量的 1/ 6,其典型品种有Dacron T64、Dacron T65 等。CDP 不仅具有良好的染色性能,而且还可与羊毛等天然纤维同浴染色,便于混纺织物简化染色工艺,若与普通涤纶混纺、交织还可产生同浴异色效果,大大丰富了织物的色彩。
Cationic dyeable polyester (CDP) fiber: the modified polyester (CDP) fiber which can be dyed with cationic dye can be prepared by introducing the acid group which can combine with cationic dye into PET molecular chain. CDP was first developed by DuPont company in the United States. At the end of the 20th century, its output has accounted for 1 / 6 of the total output of PET fiber. Its typical varieties include dacron t64, dacron T65, etc. CDP not only has a good dyeing performance, but also can be dyed in the same bath with natural fibers such as wool, which is convenient for the simplification of dyeing process of blended fabrics. If it is blended with ordinary polyester and interwoven, it can also produce the same bath color effect, greatly enriching the color of fabrics.
因此,CDP 成为改性涤纶中发展较快的一个品种。CDP的制备主要是用共聚、接枝共聚等方法在 PET 大分子链上加入第三单体或第四单体,如间苯二甲酸二甲酯磺酸钠(SIPM)等。由于在 CDP 分子链上增加了带负电荷的磺酸基团,当染色时磺酸基团上的金属离子将与染料中的阳离子进行交换,因此染料离子就固定在 CDP的大分子链上,染色生成的盐类在水溶液中不断除去,反应也就不断进行, 最终达到染色效果。
Therefore, CDP has become a fast developing variety of modified polyester. The preparation of CDP is mainly to add the third or fourth monomer, such as sodium dimethyl isophthalate sulfonate (SIPM), to the pet macromolecular chain by means of copolymerization and graft copolymerization. Due to the addition of negatively charged sulfonic acid group on CDP molecular chain, when dyeing, the metal ions on the sulfonic acid group will exchange with the cations in the dye, so the dye ions will be fixed on the macromolecular chain of CDP, and the salts generated by dyeing will be removed continuously in the aqueous solution, and the reaction will continue, and finally the dyeing effect will be achieved.
