施工工艺:间隙式拌合机看采用人工投料,投料时可将纤维整袋在热集料投料时一同投放,人工向拌缸投放纤维包,约60~70 s就要投放一次,频率很高,操作的工人必须思想集中,因而精神颇为紧张。人工投放纤维,由于人的动作都需要一个反应时间,因而常发生不能拌缸门一打开就及时将纤维投入拌缸,结果减少了纤维与集料干拌的有效时间,纤维分布不均匀而影响纤维吸收沥青的效果,会使路面上出现油斑,连续式拌合机可使用纤维喂料机。投料机由螺旋输送机、加料螺旋输送机、一级蓬松和二级蓬松、计量装置、出料螺旋输送机、一级和二级风机、压缩空气调节阀以及气动装置等组成(见图1)。整机装在一个底盘上,安装时将投料机出口与拌和机的斜提落料口或拌缸风送管相连接,接通电源即可与拌和机同步工作。投料机针对絮状木质素纤维的特点,采用容积式计量方法。生产时将袋装压缩纤维或散装纤维倒入料斗中,料斗门关闭后,生产过程受电脑程序控制,加料螺旋输送机将料斗中的纤维输送到料仓中进行一级蓬松,再通过筛网落到料仓下部,控制器接受到来自拌和机的投料信号后,出料螺旋输送机立即将容重均匀的絮状木质素纤维以标定的速度送入二级蓬松,进一步细化。再经过两级风机吹送到拌缸中,实现木质素纤维与集料的混合,经过干拌最终均匀地分散在混合料中。料仓中始终保持有一定量的纤维处于蓬松状态,及时补充到计量系统中。如此自动循环,实现与拌和机的协调工作

The power supply can work with the mixer synchronously. The feeding machine aims at the characteristics of flocculent lignin fiber and uses volumetric metering method. In production, the bag compressed fiber or bulk fiber is poured into the hopper. After the material Doumen is closed, the production process is controlled by computer program. The screw conveyer conveyed the fiber in the hopper to the silo to carry on the first degree of fluffy, and then through the sieve to the lower part of the silo, the controller received the feed signal from the mixing machine and the material was spirally conveyed.
